1. Display Email Message Setting in Inbox<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   group emails with subject together (Default setting) or display email individually<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   1.1 Click setting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.2 Click “View all Outlook settings”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3 Scroll down and select “Show email as individual messages”\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong> Add Signatures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   <\/strong> 2.1 Repeat step 1.1 & 1.2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u00a02.2 Choose 1. Compose and reply->2. New Signature->3. Input new signature name ->4. Type in signature name -> 5. select signature name -> click Save button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Setup auto reply when on-leave<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  <\/strong>  3.1 Repeat step 1.1 & 1.2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 3.2 Select Automatic replies and turn on automatic replies, specify time period ,type in message and click save button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. To correct the incorrect classification of a message as Junk Mail:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04.1. Go to the Junk E-mail folder and locate the message that should not be flagged as “junk mail”.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     4.2 Right click and select the option Mark as not junk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a05.\u00a0<\/strong>To report the incorrect classification of a message in Inbox as spam or phishing \u00a0Mail:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Right click any problematic email, select Report and select “Report junk” or “Report phishing”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
