1. Personal Mailbox<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The account was not only to access email, but also entitle to use other O365 applications including online Office, Onedrive and Team etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Shared Mailbox for existing personal mailbox<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Shared mailboxes are used when multiple people need access to the same mailbox, such as a company information or support email address, reception desk, or other function that might be shared by multiple people. Users with permissions to the group mailbox can send as or send on behalf of the mailbox email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Forward Mailbox<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Used when you want to forward all emails to other email addresses but without using any physical storage in O365 Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
