1st time login
- Type www.office.com or outlook.com in browser, click “Sign In”
- Input email account
- Input current password (provided by IT Office)
- Input Current password and new password, then click “Sign In”
- Click “Next”
- Setup authentication, the most simple one is to setup SMS to your mobile for authentication for a new PC/mobile login (this guide is only to provide SMS setup, you can choose to download Microsoft authentication apps or use email). Click “ I want to set up a different method”
- Choose “Phone”
- Input Information of your phone:
- Choose HK
- Input phone number
- Select “Text me a code”
- Click Next
You can choose Yes for “Stay Sign In” , then you can login successfully !

Outlook- access email Word, Excel, powerpoint – cannot open all office file in O365 onedrive, cannot open files in drive of desktop (For O365 business basic version.)  – display all apps that you can access Teams – similar to zoom & whatsapp for internal chat and organize online meeting Onedrive – similar to google drive |

| Access shared Mailbox | Click this icon (eg. For this case is FW) for open shared mailbox or signout your account Click open another mailbox and input the name of shared mailbox |
| Access Outlook functions | Click Scroll to the bottom, click Add your email signature by choosing “Compose and reply” If you are on vacation, you can set automatic replies by choosing “Automatic replies” |
| Handle Junk mail | If your received message is a junk/phishing mail, Select the mail and Right click Report Choose Report Junk/phishing mail |
| Handle normal mail but found in junk folder | Select the mail and Right click Report Choose Not Junk |
